On April 26, the Department of Labor announced a final Farmworker Protection Rule intended to strengthen protections for H-2A workers. But this rule will mean massive changes for ag employers. The new standards will go into effect on June 28! Our experts have thoroughly analyzed the 600-page rule, so you don't have to.
